Do you work with small venues and first-time events?
Yes. Most of our clients are small businesses, independent promoters, or teams throwing a flagship event for the first time. We keep the tech stack approachable and walk you through what’s truly necessary versus nice-to-have.
What do you need from us before the event?
Typically: your event date and schedule, venue details (screens / projectors / LED walls), your logo and brand assets, any reference visuals or artists you like, and whether there’s a DJ or live act we should sync with. We’ll cover this in a quick intake before or during the consultation.
Can you work remotely for virtual or hybrid events?
Yes. For livestreams or hybrid events we can deliver visuals ready to drop into OBS, vMix, or your production tool, or perform remotely if your setup allows it. We’ll review your streaming pipeline on the consultation call.
How far in advance should we book?
Ideally 3–4 weeks before your event so we can design, test, and coordinate with your venue. Rush projects are sometimes possible depending on our calendar—still worth grabbing a free consultation so we can advise.
